Documents You Will Need

I can help with all of your Pre-Approval, Home Purchase, Renewal and Refinancing needs.  Depending on the type of transaction, we will require most of the following documents:

• Two (2) pieces of ID (ie. Driver’s Licence, Passport, Credit Card, etc.)

• Proof of Income (ie. Letter of Employment, Current Paystub, T4’s, etc.)

• T1 Tax Returns for the last two years (if self-employed)

• Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment

• Agreement of Purchase & Sale

• MLS Property Listing

• Verification of Down Payment (ie. 90-days of bank statements, investment, gift letter, etc.)

• Current Mortgage Statement / Renewal Notice

• VOID cheque
